Alex Hellerstedt is an experienced trial lawyer and former prosecutor that fights hard for his clients. His mission is to be your champion in the often confusing and intimidating legal arena. He will fight hard for you and your constitutional rights.
Alex is an Austin native. He attended Texas State University in San Marcos where he graduated with a degree in history. He then attended St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas.
He started his legal career as a prosecutor in Wilson County, Texas. At the Wilson County Attorney’s Office, he handled all the misdemeanor cases for the entire county. This valuable experience served him well at his next position in the Aransas County District Attorney’s Office where he expanded his career with felony cases. After Hurricane Harvey, Alex returned home to the Austin area. Alex worked at the Williamson County Attorney’s Office where he handled hundreds of cases and was the chief prosecutor for County Court at Law #2.
During the years he spent as a prosecutor, he oversaw hundreds of cases from investigation through trial. This experience has given him valuable insight into the intricacies that abound in the legal system.
